2. Send email to email@example.com. We promise every email will be replied, but due to the heavy load of work, questions will be answered by turn within 24 hours (Working time). For the time difference, some problems can not be solved by one email, so we suggest you to offer more information.
3. Leave message on our blog and Facebook. To be honest. Leave the message on public place isn’t a very good idea, as all information about watch will be public. Higher rate for unknown risks. We also receive emails from customer who request us to delete message on the blog. And we will response these messages also within 24 hours.
4. VIP Service Channel. If you order the kids baby watch as gifts and being frustrated to set it up, here we have VIP Service channel.
– You can pay us for 4 USD though Paypal for real time support till you get the watch working or we will return the payment. Payment account: firstname.lastname@example.org
– The VIP communication method is Skype and Whatsapp, which can be get once you send us proof of payment.
– In addition, the service we offer is life-long, so if you have problems in the future, you do not need to pay again.
